You should not have to manage every handoff. The scope, schedule, preparation, communication, and final details follow a clear sequence from the first conversation onward.
The Estimate
It all starts with a conversation. Reach out by phone, text, or online. We'll schedule a time that's convenient for you to discuss your project, look at the space, and understand your vision — or start with photos for an online quote. You get a detailed, transparent, no-obligation estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
The Plan & Colors
Once you approve the estimate, we move on to the details. We finalize the scope of work and help you navigate the world of color. Whether you have the perfect shade in mind or need guidance, we're here to help you choose with confidence. We'll also schedule the start date that works best for your household.
The Preparation
This is the most critical step. We take great care to protect your home: furniture moved and covered, floors protected, trim and fixtures masked. Walls are prepped by filling holes, sanding imperfections, and creating a smooth, clean surface — because the prep decides how the finish looks for years.
The Painting & Cleanup
Each coat goes on with care and precision for a beautiful, long-lasting result. After painting is complete, we do a thorough cleanup, remove all materials, and finish with a final walkthrough together to make sure you're happy with the transformation.
Two ways to start
For select smaller or straightforward projects, an online, photo-based quote can skip the scheduling entirely. Larger or repair-heavy projects get an in-person estimate. Either way, Nick reviews the details and makes the final call before an official quote goes out.
